One person. A few hats. Every one of them hireable.
This site is mostly for fun — the recipes, photos, and posts aren’t going anywhere. But if you came here to hire me, this page is the whole menu: what I do, who it’s for, what it costs where there’s a set price, and the one step that starts it.

How it works
Transaction Coordination
Transaction management and loan processing for agents who’d rather be selling. This is the one service with set pricing, so the price goes on the page — no “contact for a quote” gate in front of it.

Affordable Protection
Insurance placement across multiple carriers, quoted on your schedule. The honest fix for “eight types, one generic homepage”: pick a type and the page tells you what to have ready and starts that quote — instead of dumping everyone on the same front door.

What are we insuring?
Homeowners insurance protects your home, personal belongings, and financial interests against covered losses such as fire, theft, wind, and certain types of water damage. It also provides personal liability protection if someone is injured on your property. Coverage should account for the cost to rebuild the home, not simply its market value.
Have ready: Property address, year built, square footage, roof age, construction type, updates to major systems, mortgage information, claims history.
Auto insurance protects you financially if you are involved in an accident, your vehicle is damaged, or you are responsible for injuries or property damage. Depending on the coverage selected, it can also protect against theft, vandalism, uninsured motorists, and medical expenses. Coverage requirements and available discounts vary by state and insurer.
Have ready: Driver's license information, dates of birth for all drivers, vehicle year/make/model, VINs, garaging address, annual mileage, driving history, current insurance information.
Condo insurance protects the interior of your condominium, personal belongings, and personal liability. Unlike traditional homeowners insurance, the condominium association's master policy typically covers some portion of the building and common areas. Your individual policy fills in the gaps, depending on whether the association has bare walls, single entity, or all in coverage.
Have ready: Property address and unit number, year built, square footage, HOA insurance information, interior upgrades, estimated personal property value, mortgage information.
Renters insurance protects your personal belongings inside a rental property and provides personal liability coverage if you accidentally cause injury or property damage. It can also help cover additional living expenses if a covered event makes your rental temporarily uninhabitable. Your landlord's insurance generally does not cover your personal belongings.
Have ready: Rental address, number of occupants, estimated personal property value, pets, desired liability coverage, deductible, landlord or property management information.
Landlord insurance is designed for property owners who rent out residential properties. It typically covers the dwelling, certain structures, and landlord liability. Depending on the policy, it may also provide coverage for lost rental income following a covered loss. Unlike homeowners insurance, landlord policies are designed for properties occupied by tenants rather than the owner.
Have ready: Property address, year built, square footage, number of units, roof age, major system updates, occupancy status, monthly rental income, type of rental, claims history.
Business insurance helps protect a company against financial losses resulting from property damage, liability claims, employee injuries, and other unexpected events. Coverage varies depending on the nature of the business and can include general liability, commercial property, professional liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and business interruption insurance.
Have ready: Legal business name, business address, business structure, description of operations, years in business, annual revenue, number of employees, annual payroll, equipment and inventory values, claims history.
Life insurance provides financial protection for the people who depend on you. In exchange for premium payments, a policy pays a death benefit to your designated beneficiaries. Depending on your needs, you may choose term life insurance for coverage over a specific period or permanent life insurance designed to provide lifelong coverage and potentially build cash value.
Have ready: Full legal name, date of birth, height and weight, occupation, annual income, desired coverage amount, beneficiaries, existing coverage, general health history, tobacco or nicotine use.
Pet insurance helps manage the unexpected costs of veterinary care when your pet becomes sick or injured. Depending on the plan, coverage may include diagnostics, medications, surgeries, hospitalization, and certain treatments. Some policies also offer wellness or preventative care options. Coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, and reimbursement levels vary by provider.
Have ready: Pet's name, species, breed, age, sex, weight, spay/neuter status, veterinary history, existing conditions, preferred veterinarian.
A surety bond is a financial guarantee that a person or business will fulfill a specific obligation, comply with applicable laws, or meet contractual requirements. Unlike traditional insurance, which generally protects the insured against covered losses, a surety bond protects the party requiring the bond. If a valid claim is paid, the bonded party may be responsible for reimbursing the surety company.
Have ready: Type of bond, bond amount, principal name, obligee name, business information, bond purpose, license or registration number, financial and credit information if required.
