I Learned a Few Things Along the Way

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in the places where money, homes, business, paperwork, and real life all collide.

I’ve been a REALTOR®, mortgage originator, insurance producer, notary, transaction manager, entrepreneur, and, perhaps most importantly, the person who has had to figure out what happens when the textbook answer meets an actual human being.

I’ve helped people buy and sell homes, navigate mortgages, protect what they own, untangle complicated transactions, build businesses, recover from mistakes, and make sense of systems that were never designed to be particularly easy to understand. Along the way, I’ve processed thousands of transactions and learned a lot about what works, what doesn’t, and what people wish someone had told them sooner.

This speaking tour is about all of it.

We’ll talk about real estate without the sales pitch. Money without the shame. Insurance without the fine print being treated like a foreign language. Business without pretending every entrepreneur wakes up at 5 AM excited to hustle. Technology, bureaucracy, customer service, relationships, mistakes, reinvention, and the strange lessons you only learn after doing something long enough.

Some of it will be practical. Some of it will be brutally honest. Some of it will probably make you laugh.
